Why we built MRI Guwahati
Patients in Guwahati and Northeast India deserve a simpler, clearer way to book an MRI scan. We are a small team of operators, doctors, and engineers based in Guwahati, working to make that the standard.
Our mission
MRI scans are one of the most useful tools in modern medicine, but they are also one of the most opaque. Prices vary widely between centres, slots are hard to compare, and reports often arrive late on paper. We started MRI Guwahati to fix three specific problems we kept seeing: unclear pricing, long waits at hospital reception desks, and lost paper reports that never made it to the next doctor.
Our platform lists only NABH or NABL accredited centres in Guwahati. Every price you see is the actual price you will pay. Reports go straight to your dashboard. You can share them with any doctor in two clicks.

Our story
Started by patients, for patients
The problem
In late 2024, a member of our founder's family needed an urgent Lumbar Spine MRI. Three calls to three centres yielded three different prices, two unavailable slots, and one missed appointment because nobody knew what to bring.
The fix
We started by building a simple price list for the city. Then a slot calendar. Then a way for centres to upload reports directly. Each step came from a patient asking a question that should have had a clear answer.
Where we are
In 2026 we work with 10 NABH and NABL accredited centres across Guwahati, dispatch reports digitally for every booking, and serve patients who travel in from across Northeast India for specialist scans.
