These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the MRI Guwahati website mriguwahati.in and the booking services offered through it. By creating an account or completing a booking, you agree to these Terms.
1. Scope of service
MRI Guwahati is an aggregator platform that connects patients with partner diagnostic centres and hospitals in Guwahati for MRI scans. We do not perform scans, employ radiologists, or issue radiology reports. The partner centre you choose is solely responsible for the medical services performed.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to register for an account and complete a booking. Bookings for minors must be created by a parent or legal guardian using their own account.
3. Account responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your password confidential, and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.
4. Booking terms
- You must provide a valid mobile number, which is verified via OTP.
- The patient details you provide must be accurate.
- You must disclose relevant medical history (pacemaker, implants, pregnancy, kidney issues, prior contrast reactions) at booking and again at the centre.
- Slots are confirmed on a first-come-first-served basis. We do not guarantee slot availability beyond the time of confirmation.
- Centres reserve the right to refuse a scan if there is a medical contraindication that comes to light at the centre.
5. Payment terms
Online payments are processed by Razorpay. By choosing pay-online, you authorise the charge to your selected payment method. By choosing pay-at-hospital, you agree to pay the partner centre directly on the day of your scan in cash, by card, or by UPI.

7. Limitation of liability
MRI Guwahati does not provide medical advice. All clinical decisions, scan recommendations, and report interpretations are the responsibility of qualified medical professionals. We are not liable for any clinical outcome arising from a scan performed at a partner centre. We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, government action, internet outages, or pandemics.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid for the specific booking giving rise to the claim.
8. Intellectual property
All content on the MRI Guwahati website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by us or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, including not attempting to circumvent rate limits, scrape data, reverse engineer the platform, upload malicious code, or attempt unauthorised access to other accounts.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or use the service in a way that harms other users or our partners. You may close your account at any time by writing to support@mriguwahati.in.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Guwahati, Assam.
12. Modifications to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or by a banner on the site. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
