Delivery and Service Policy

MRI Guwahati provides a digital booking service that connects patients with partner diagnostic centres in Guwahati. There is no physical product or shipping involved. This page describes how booking confirmations, reminders, and scan reports are delivered to you.

1. Booking confirmations

When you complete a booking, a confirmation is delivered by SMS and email to the contact details you provide. Confirmations are typically delivered within 5 minutes of payment for online bookings, and within 5 minutes of slot confirmation for pay-at-hospital bookings.

2. Reminders

We send reminder SMS messages 24 hours and 2 hours before your scheduled scan. Email reminders are sent 24 hours before. You can opt out of reminders from your dashboard, but we recommend keeping them on.

3. Scan reports

MRI scan reports are uploaded to your dashboard by the partner centre as a signed PDF. Most reports are uploaded within 24 to 48 hours of the scan. Some centres can deliver same-day reports for an additional fee, which is disclosed at booking.

When the report is uploaded, you receive an SMS and email with a secure link. The report remains available in your dashboard for life. You can download it as many times as you like and share it with any doctor using the secure share link.

4. Hard copies and films

We do not ship hard copy reports or films. If you need a printed copy, you can print the PDF from your dashboard. Films are produced by the partner centre only on request and at an additional fee disclosed at booking. Films are typically collected at the centre and not couriered.

5. International orders

Our service is intended for residents of and visitors to Guwahati and Northeast India. The booking platform does not currently support patients located outside India.

6. Service interruptions

On rare occasions, an SMS or email may be delayed due to network issues with our communication providers. If you do not receive your confirmation within 30 minutes, sign in to your dashboard to view it, or contact our support team.
